Dejligt hotel, med god service og indbydende faciliteter. Deres opvarmede rooftop pool er virkelig hyggelig om aftenen. Morgenmads buffeten var meget pakket og skuffede lidt hotellets standard tager i betragtning. Det er et stort plus at hotellet ligger så centralt som det gør.

Dear 83larsk, Thank you for your review and the time you took to write to us. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you had the opportunity to enjoy our facilities. The location of the hotel is certainly really flattering and our guests are at a great advantage when they stay in Copenhagen and stay with us. In addition, as you mentioned, we also have a wonderful swimming pool. I should also mention that we are a hotel with 390 rooms and as such, of course, there is a peak moment during breakfast when we have the most guests. This certainly does not mean that our guests lack choice or that they do not have a place to sit down and enjoy excellent home-made food for a great start to the day. Återkommer gärna till detta härliga hotell med toppenläge vid centralstationen. Mycket serviceminded personal . Fick först ett superiorrum mot järnvägen..vilket oväsen. Valde att byta och fick då ett mot poolen. Hörde fler som gjorde detsamma. Underbar frukost med eget bageri som levererade nybakade frallor, bröd , kanelbullar mm.

Dear Jeannette R, Thank you for your review. I would like to look back at your situation and say that we did everything we could to help you with your lost item. At no point did we refuse your contact and an extensive search was made to find what you claimed was lost in your room at Villa Copenhagen. After we asked you for any evidence to show us that you own it, you didn't even have a single photo that would show us that you are actually the owner or any receipt that would confirm the above. Instead you went to google and sent us a picture of some random item and claimed it was the item that you want back. Our hotel manager contacted you several times, but you did not want cooperation or our help at that moment. I hope that if there was something lost that you found it, because I really don't know what other reason there would be for the actions you took after we tried to help you.
