We would particularly like to thank Anders at the hotel for resolving our problems with defective heating in our room. He recognised the issue and responded efficiently and with charm. We would also like to thank the 'Lady who Knows Everything' on the front desk ( Sorry, don't know her name) for going beyond the call of duty when tracking down a cafe in Harstad that would welcome our daughter's dog. And the very helpful front desk apprentice ( sorry, don't know his name either) who helped us with booking bus tickets, bus timetables and travelling on the bus. All the other staff were very pleasant and helpful too.

Wow! Easy to find parking, warm welcome at the front desk! The room is nice and clean, but the best part of this stay was the «fika» and «evening meal» included in the price. This hotel really gives value for money, nice service, amazing food, and with Rituals in the bathroom it’s easy to give this hotel 5/5! Thank you, I will return shortly! 🥰

A good weekend

Nice hotel with nice staff and good location. The room was clean comfortable with a nice view against the sea and mountains. The hotel had also a gym which was not so big but okay for a minor morning…

Very attractive hotel on the quay in Harstad

If the windows in the room had been washed, the view would have been breathtaking.Now we had to make do with the interior (familiar from another Quality Hotel) and a very accommodating reception.We didn't have time for dinner, but a rich breakfast that was beautifully presented, some nice details. The only thing on the wish list would be a really good home-baked bread.The rooms are smartly planned and equipped satisfactorily perhaps wishing for some toiletries such as soap and shampoo bearing some familiar producer name

New hotel, large rooms, great breakfast buffet

Chose Quality Hotel due to its ranking on Booking.com. Great location, free parking & beautiful new hotel. Check in was easy (Wivian was delightful) & our room was lovely, clean & came with sea views! We planned to go out to eat but once we got downstairs we began chatting with Wivian & Chase (the bartender) so ended up eating dinner there, which was great. Bed was really comfortable & breakfast buffet was amazing. Highly recommend!
