Clarion Collection® Hotel Grand Bodø

Very nice hotel. First room was not so great and they gave us a nice new room. Excellent service! Even made us special vegetarian meals. Highly recommended! Pretty close to the train station. We did not see northern lights but this was because of the weather.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Historical building, a miracle in Bodø after WW2. Old photos and items in the hall and dispatched along the corridors. Very appreciated.

Had a short stop in Bodø as I picked my mother up for a trip down south. Usually we have stayet at Scandic Havet, but our last stay there in April was less than fourtunate. But at Clarion Grand we had a fantastic welcome, helpsome recepitoinist and a great night sleep before we headed back. THANK YOU, we will be back!

It is a very nice hotel. Price is also very decent for what you get. Rooms are clean and decent. Dinner is included in the price as well as coffee & tea 24/7 and 'fika' (afternoon snacks) in the afternoon. I had some troubles with flying into Bodø and upon arrival (a day later) the staff had included a very nice welcome note added to my hotel key card. Which I thought was very thoughtful. I booked through booking.com but next time (and yes, if going to Bodø again, I will definitely stay here again), I will book with Clarion hotel directly. Hotel is located in the city center so it's really super convenient. I walked from the airport to the hotel and also walked to the train station when I left Bodø. I travel quite a lot and have been to much more expensive hotels which were not as good as this one.

The hotel was nice, cozy and very silent even when it is in the middle of the city. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel was good. And the room was nice and clean. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will choose this next time i am in Bodø.
