Hello, and thank you for your review! We are sorry to hear that our rooms wasn't to your liking. Regarding our spa slot times and the extra cost it's because many of our guests are conference guests that doesn't use our spa. Therefore we decided to not put the price for our spa in our room rates and instead put it as an extra cost for the people who want to visit our spa. If you visit us and want to join our spa, we have a lot of spa packages where the price is included right away, so you don't need to pay extra on site. We do have slot times to make sure that everyone gets a pleasant visit in our spa, and so that our spa doesn't get full. It would be such a disappointment if you came down to visit our spa whenever you want and get told that it's full and that you have to come back another time. Therefore we use time slots to make sure everyone gets to visit our spa and get that relaxing experience every time. Hi, Thank you so much for you review, we are really happy that you liked our hotel, and had a good visit. I also want to thank you for letting us know that the room was dark, during wintertime everything is dark all the time here in Sweden - which makes it so much more important to have good lightning inside.
