Clarion Collection® Hotel Astoria

Familien var på fotballcup på Hamar, og laget hadde valgt opphold på hotell. Det var veldig praktisk å kunne hvile på hotellet mellom kamper, og at det alltid var mat tilgjengelig der. Hotellet ligger sentralt og har kort vei til fotballbanene rundt Hamar. Rommene er store og fine, med god plass til alle. Anbefales!

Helt elendig. Ble forespeilet en pris på telefon. Ble mye dyrere når vi kom. Fikk god pris på telefon. Så avslo det andre hotellet som var billigere. Frokosten dårlig. Til og med baconet smakte vann. Forferdelig opplevelse. Så vidt vann i dusjen

Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Loved the included breakfast and dinner, this made this stay great value for money. Would be even better if the plastic flowers could be replaced by fresh ones but that’s a detail. Recommend this hotel.

This is an average European/Scandinavian type hotel. Expect a bed and a simple bathroom. The staff was wonderful. We requested a room with a window and a closet as all rooms do not have these, and they accommodate us. The one surprise this hotel had is a great free breakfast and a free evening meal. The hotel does not have a regular restaurant with a menu like others in Hamar, but they do offer drinks and snacks. There is a large eating area for the breakfast and evening meal. There is a small bar which is just part of the work space for the hotel receptionist, but you just ask for a drink and they get it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel! Comfortable, spotless and you get dinner, breakfast and afternoon fika included in the price! 10' max walk from the railway station and in the middle of the city. The only downside for me was having a connecting door to the room next door, locked but through which I could hear my neighbour cough. As I am a sound sleeper this was not a problem, but it might be for some, so maybe check you don't have a connecting door.
