Clarion Hotel® Admiral

Sijainti erinomainen jos kyseessä lyhyempi kaupunkimatka vähin matkatavaroin (riippuen tietysti huoneen koosta). Meillä perus 2 hengen huone, joka täytti tarkoituksensa eli kahden yön yöpymisen. Toivomuksesta huolimatta näkymä Bryggenille ei toteutunut. Pikkujouluaika. Hotelli vaikutti olevan täynnä, mutta aikaisella aamiaisella sai nauttia erittäin monipuolisen aamupalan rauhassa. Aamiainen sisälsi kalaa monipuolisesti, leikkeleitä, useita juustoja, vihanneksia sekä hedelmiä. Jo aamiaisen vuoksi uskallan suositella.

This is the best-located hotel in Bergen. Right on the water & just a few steps from your early morning ferry pick up, if you're doing a fjord cruise. Our room and bath were very small--if I returned, I'd probably go for an upgrade. But it did have what we needed, and even a tiny balcony that looked out on the water. Bed was comfortable & shower had good pressure & hot water. The best feature here is breakfast, which was one of the best of our trip. Served in an attractive dining rooom with water views, the buffet included everything imaginable, from an array of smoked fishes to charcuterie to pots of fresh herbs to flavor your meal. The breads and pastries were especially delicious.

This hotel has a great location. On the waterfront, close to Bryggen and other shops and restaurants. Our first room was very small. Two people and two suitcases made it hard to move around. They were kind enough to let us have a larger one and it was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was in a very good location for us. We had a view of the water which was very nice. We were able to walk around the town and hike up to the trails to the funicular. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast - it had a lot of choices. I did find the path through the hotel to our room a little confusing.

Room was dirty when we checked in. Toilet had leftovers on it, and rubbish left behind heater. Bed side light not working. Do not use the laundry service. It was very very expensive. Be aware of the shared balcony unless you happy with people next door looking in.
